The Chillout’s lobby and lounge areas are separated by the buffer zone, allowing guests to acclimate cold. Upon arriving inside the entrance, guests will be provided with thermal clothing, including a hooded thermal jacket, a pair of woolen gloves and shoes, which are sufficient to keep visitors warm in the chilly zone. Then visitors will be directed to the buffer zone, where they will hang out for a few minutes to adapt to the cold atmosphere.
